2 Centipede Cabarets

Twin cabaret Centipede games. Notice the different front glass on these two games.

Game #1:

This game is dead. Both player buttons are on constantly when power is applied. The game is in beautiful condition except for the monitor. The monitor will be changed to one without Pac-Man burn-in.

DONE:

• Replaced "Big Blue"

• Made a new monitor bezel

• Replaced the monitor

• Cleaned it up.

This game is currently on our collection page.

Game #2:

This game is working but in need of work. This game will be FOR SALE once it is complete.

Notice the damage on the sides of the control panel:

One step on the road to recovery... Wood putty:

Done:

• Put in a new monitor bezel
  

• Sanded and shaped the wood putty on the side of the control panel
    

• Added the notch for the t-molding

• Replaced and repainted the Coin Door
  

• Re-laminated the sides of the cabinet (see steps below)

• Replace T-molding

• Cleaned it up

• Replaced monitor

Lamination Steps:

• Sanded both sides to prepare them for the contact cement.
     

• Applied the contact cement to the one side of the cabinet and one piece of the laminate.
  

• Applied the laminate to the side of the machine after the contact cement had cured.
  
        

• Used the router to trim and shape the laminate to fit the cabinet.
  

• Repeated the steps on the second side of the cabinet.
     

• FINISHED laminate.
  
  The sun played tricks on these pictures. 
  As the day progreessed it created shadows and bright spots depending on the angle I took the photos.
