Taken from
a newsgroup post by BEEPER December 2002.
Twas the night before Christmas and throughout the
basement of my house
not a video game was played, not even our Joust.
The cabinets were lined up against the wall by the stair
In hope that someone would want to play and be there.
The kids were all upstairs, X-boxing and Game Cubing
The Classics were abandoned; No one played the Toobin'.
When coming down the staircase I heard such a noise
It was Santa himself, but he carried no toys
Instead a sack full of silver and it made a loud jingle
Both tokens and quarters; a prepared ole Kris Kringle.
Then he spoke with that deep voice; Said let me explain
Then his eyes were a glisten and he called them by name
Now Tempest, then Robotron, then DK and Space Ace.
Onto Tron, and then Pac Man, Oh my, Computer Space!
From the first by the door to the last by the wall
He dropped plenty of quarters and played them one and all.
I couldn't believe just how well he played
or that Santa himself was in my arcade.
Then quickly as he came he did disappear
Ran off to the rooftop, his sleigh and reindeer.
As he flew off into the night I heard him exclaim
Even Christmas is incomplete without a Classic Arcade Game!

Guinness just had to follow her older sisters BAD habit of getting on top of the
games.

Bill had to get involved in the shipping process somehow.

Yep, the new car carries games too. We replaced the Blazer with a CR-V:

Cute Halloween Photo (not taken by us but received in emails)

"When Pumpkins drink too much."
I know, enough of the cat already, BUT.. As we were
playing pinball the one evening, the cat was very interested in all the noise coming from
the machine. I picked her up and she almost jumped out of my arms trying to watch where
the ball was going. I could hold onto her no longer and put her on the glass. She
walked all around the playfield glass chasing the pinball. She stopped long enough
for me to take this picture. Needless to say she chose to sit in a bad spot and we
drained 3 balls just letting her have fun.

We did not realize how funny this looked until we had stopped at a rest area.
This is a view from the front of our truck on the way home from a shopping trip in
Vermont.
No wonder we were getting a ton of smiles from people.

All these and the tailgate still closed. We knew this was a good investment.
Some of the Billboards we have seen on our many road trips.

For the Beavis and Butthead Fans!

Anyone with kids can appreciate the "Are We There Yet" statement especially is
it is coming from the back seat after 20 minutes in the car. I cut the bottom of the
billboard out - I do not want to advertise a restaurant that I have not eaten in.
Mike's newest Game room piece, right above his Joust cocktail table.

Mike sees Atari everywhere he looks... I guess he is a kid who just can't grow up.
The ex-hauler and the newer Video Arcade Machine transports.

Tired of the one game limit of the '92 Blazer so we stepped up to a '99 Silverado - now
the whole family can go to auctions without a U-Haul.
With a name like "Fishkill Pet Shoppe", it is no wonder the store is for rent.
We did notice the Fishkill Fish Market down the street as well.

"LOST BILL" This crazy cat loves to be up high, the higher the better.
Mike named her after "Bill the cat" because she was so
crazy as a kitten.
Mike sent this to me in an email, I hope he was kidding.
This is Bill's favorite place, in your face or over your keyboard.
Notice the TV commercial in the background, Bill could have been in this commercial.

Wakka Wakka Snow Snow Snow. This shows up every winter within a mile of our house. A
coincidence? We think not!
