Stripped and sanded control panels to prepare them for the NOS overlays we purchased from an eBay auction..

Install the sticks and reassemble the game...

We found out that the monitor tube was cracked. So, we replaced the tube with a used one that had little burn-in.  

 

Here is a picture of the NOS underlay. It is nice, flat, and has bright colors.

 

A picture of the inside of the game. We also had to repair the power supply (not shown) to get the game to work. We replaced an LM305 and a transistor on the power supply PCB. Yes, this game has the original power supply.
