Restoration Steps:
This game was dead. Both player buttons were on constantly when power was applied. The game is in beautiful condition except for the monitor. The monitor has been changed to one without Pac-Man burn-in.
DONE:
Replaced "Big Blue"
Made a new monitor bezel
Replaced the monitor
Cleaned it up.
