Silk-screened onto 10 mil Adhesive Backed Lexan.

Original (damaged) overlay and the proof of the reproduction. We found a photo of someone's control panel on the Internet and used it to determine the correct pattern for the missing pieces.

Final proof print with better colors before going to the printers. The overlay will be long enough to go around the bend at the bottom of the control panel. Note: In the photo we didn't print the bottom corners of the control panel overlay. Shiny spots are the tape holding the proof together.

The colors shown on the artwork pages for the overlays were printed on my HP DeskJet 692C color printer and the colors do not print correctly. We Pantone color matched the final overlay colors.
